OUR Common House bathroom conundrum is soap dispensers. We didn't
install the wall-mount ones. We know that bar soap is unhygienic. So
we use some variation on the pump-top bottles. Unfortunately, unruly
children at some point seem to have decided that bombing the walls
with soap squirt was entertaining. Never had an admission, but the
walls in both bathrooms would seem to tell that tale.
Even for those who are trying to be tidy, some pumps squirt too much, or splat stuff about. I invested in some that were supposed to dispense soap foam, but they really made a mess.
Ideally, we also want a fragrance-free soap, due to folks' allergies. So far, we can get away with a mild citrus scent. Most dispenser soaps are horribly scented.
Any ideas for us?(PS- if anyone is still using "antibacterial' soap in kitchen or bathrooms, don't! Even our local county food handlers' training now says such soaps are unnecessary and are screwing up our waters and our immunities. )
