I found the links to the comparison between air dryers and paper towels very
interesting. And it made me think of a TED talk by Catherine Mohr. The
entire talk is about a new house she constructed, but wait for the part
where she discusses cleaning up a yogurt spill with a sponge, a cloth or a
paper towel.
