In response to the issues raised by Suncaost Elder Cohousing Community
in Sarasota, Florida, who are considering to allow units to be
inherited and occupied by those under 50 y/o but not to allow units to
be sold to those under 50 y/o.  Please consult an attorney as there
might be fair housing laws involved.

A separate question is whether the parent(s) might be able to sell the
units to their children in order to generate the cash to move to
assisted living.
