Gloria, Check out www.elderspirittrailview.org. We are an elder community but there are some that have the same values and are multi-generational. good luck fran ----- Original Message ----- From: Gloria Hoffman <hoffman1 [at] comcast.net> To: cohousing-l [at] cohousing.org Sent: Fri, 17 Dec 2010 16:16:55 -0000 (UTC) Subject: [C-L]_ Seniors vs. Multigenerational Cohousing This is in response to the discussion of whether seniors should be part of multigenerational cohousing, have a separate community, or live side-by-side. I'm wondering whether there are any forming or developed communities under the category of "elder rich" where the seniors, rather than the children, get preferential treatment. We are a forming urban cohousing group that is exploring a way the combination can work on a smaller property.
