Cohousing-L Mailing List: Seniors vs. Multigenerational Cohousing

This is in response to the discussion of whether seniors should be part of
multigenerational cohousing, have a separate community, or live
side-by-side.

I'm wondering whether there are any forming or developed communities under
the category of "elder rich" where the seniors, rather than the children,
get preferential treatment.

 

We are a forming urban cohousing group that is exploring a way the
combination can work on a smaller property.
