Thanks Tom for posting! I know Ross and have visited some of his first 
projects. Very much Cohousing inspired.

FYI - for all those who enjoyed the article- Ross Chapin will be speaking at 
the National Cohousing Conference.

And Ross has recently published a book called Pocket Neighborhoods  - which 
includes a chapter on Cohousing.
