Naomi and CoHo:

Naomi, would you (or anyone else) please point out exactly what I
wrote that indicated to you that I was "slamming" urban areas?

I'm not interested in slamming anybody or any thing; I'm interested in
understanding the phenomenon of community better, and part of that is
identifying "dysfunctions" and how they are resolved or aggravated by
alternative courses of action. I try to restrict my comments to
specific questions, and accept all comments from others at face value.
I am, of course, most interested in what works well or best for
everyone.

I am more than a bit surprised that there seems to be so much, shall
we say "unrest" within the movement that leaves people dissatisfied.
But I'm still optomistic.
