I'm her room mate and I can assure you she is, to date, a good human being; 
However, her hobby is the study of the history and techniques of mass 
murderers, to which she devotes a great deal of research.

I've never seen the point of studying anything you did not plan to put to use, 
so I do sometimes wonder..............
