Jerry McGuire wrote:[Sharon, I sympathize and empathize with your members TV frustration. TV's are cheap, even free at times. How about a separate TV for games, for the DVD & VCR, and then the satellite TV-- or better yet, ditch the satellite TV. It's usually the most complicated. The only other solution I have is to hire a professional to set it up with plenty of connections/cables so they don't need to be changed. Jerry stonesthrowcommunity.wordpress.com] The challenge is where to put the multiple TV's? Multiple TV's demand choice and unanimity over which one gets turned on. One per room demands multiple rooms compromised by TV watching for multiple TV parties. Rooms cost $20,000-$30,000 each at a very basic 10' x 12' x $200/sq. ft. How many more rooms can you add to your common house? Maybe that choice isn't so simple? As Sharon mentioned earlier, part of the complexity is introduced by the carriers, like even Comcast or Hotmail, which demand you reprogram your choice process twice a year as the carrier/provider reprograms its offerings and menu algorithms. Too much choice? Maybe the Soviet process of one choice, the government's choice, would be more desirable? Tom LofftLiberty Village, MD
