Cohousing-L Mailing List: Getting HUD to accept cohousing [was:Something Magical Happened...

Thank you to Raines Cohen, Alice Green, Katie McCamant and others for
the efforts to get HUD ( United States Department of Housing and Urban
Development ) to treat cohousing condominiums the same as all other
condominiums for purposes of certifying a cohousing project for
federally backed mortgage insurance.
