> Maraiah, what's the typical range of diners at a dinner? 20-30? 30-40? etc. RoseWind cooked meals typically have about 25 adult diners, plus a couple of kids. Ranges from maybe 18 (when people are out of town etc) to 35 (with a popular cook and participation by the people with teens). With pantry items and garden items, it is usually quite feasible to do this for the $100 or so budget. Any meals under the income from the meal, the surplus goes into the pantry budget.
