One thing to remember is adult development. People change with age. Millennials
have many of the same characteristics of other generations at the same age.
They have been singled out as a unique generation because millennium changes
have superstitious/spiritual/numerology implications. Each generation has a
name.

As we have discussed before, if we want to have 20-somethings living in
cohousing, we need to have rental units. And/or shared living arrangements
where young singles can have a private room and bathroom and share other
facilities.
