I should also add that that this is the way large extended wealthy families 
manage finances. I don’t have any inside information but the Rockefeller family 
and the Kennedy’s have complicated financial arrangements so ownership is both 
shared and controlled by the family. These can extend over many homes in 
different locations. There are legal agreements in place to be sure the family 
stays in control.
