We recently had an experience with a "semi" Home Based Business. It's a quilting service. She takes nearly complete quilts people have made and sews the layers together ("quilts them") using a big computerized long arm quilting machine. She does this in her condo. However she has an office nearby where she meets clients to receive and return quilts by appointment. She has a computer at the office where she can show quilting designs to clients. I suspect she can do other tasks there while waiting for clients. I think this is how she works around her condo's rules. It is not relevant to the massage business since client contact is a small part of the quilting business and the number of clients is also smaller.
