Can clients go directly to the unit door without entering the building? And is 
the unit fairly easy to find, maybe with signage? (If allowed.) If so, then I 
would be willing to consider such an arrangement.
 If clients do have to enter the building and pass through common areas to get 
to the unit, that's another story.
