Our book is really helpful if you have the financial investment and

This has worked for us since we married in 2000.  Sharing has been almost a
part time job/income with expenses (paper losses) that can be written off.
We are currently sharing a large 3 bedroom house (a rental) and running 2
bedrooms as AirBnb guest rooms.  We also are zoned for 2 dwellings and have
a good friend staying in an older motor home in the back yard.  Our
Vancouver Island Mild Climate makes this feasible and the attractiveness of
our paradise and lovely home keep our rooms booked up at affordable
vacation rates.  If anyone is coming north this summer look us up.
