Cohousing-L Mailing List: Roof Top Solar -Federal Tax Credit Question

We're looking to hear from cohousing groups that have installed a rooftop
solar system and used the 26 percent federal tax credit to help offset the
cost. We at Skagit Commons in Anacortes, Washington, are looking into how
best to take advantage of the credit and would love to know what entity was
set up to do so, if any.  Thank you.
