I posted earlier (11/23) that our tax guy said our tax credit for the common 
house geothermal system would have to go to the HOA. I stand corrected. The tax 
credit can be divided among the 36 member households, but at the 10% rate for 
commercial property instead of at the 26% rate for residential property. Sorry 
for causing confusion.
