After meeting in development for seven years [!]
We have been in Residence for over twenty.

Anyone interested in a mixed age community where we do a lot of our own work,  
might want to check us out.
We are Family Friendly,  and happily invite a family as we expect to have a 
large house back on the market in Spring.
