Cohousing-L Mailing List: Question about residential electric ovens and common meals

Wondering about people’s experience with using residential electric ovens for 
common meals.  How have they worked with the large quantities? If not well, 
what have the problems been and what work-arounds have helped?  We have a 
couple lead cooks who are really unhappy with our ovens and want to replace 
them but it is unclear if the same problems would persist with upgraded 
electric ovens.  If there are any recommendations for electric ovens that have 
worked really well we’ll take those too!  Thank you!
