Yes to what you said here Sharon. And filing a law suit is more burden on 
victims who are already worn thin and have had to move and uproot their 
families, it’s stressful and time consuming. I personally don’t want to sue 
everyone in my cohousing and since we all are on the board that is the only 
option I believe. Totally agree with what your lawyer member said below.
