It was part of a conference on sociocracy in education sponsored by SoFA 
(Sociocracy for All. They frequently do edit videos and post them for viewing. 
In this case it is currently available only to those who attended the 
conference. They may post it later. A warning that I embellished my description 
from my knowledge of NVC and sociocracy so the tape is less explanatory. I’ve 
added interpretation.
