RoseWind Cohousing, long-built in Port Townsend WA, has this -------------------- Sponsored Associate is an adult so designated by a Sponsor who is a Member or a Licensed Associate. Both Sponsor and Sponsored Associate must be currently residing on the Sponsor’s Covered Property.... The sponsorship must be declared by the Sponsor at a Community meeting and is effective immediately. No more than two Sponsored Associates may be declared by a given Sponsor. The sponsorship is not transferable and may be terminated by the Sponsor at any time with or without cause upon two weeks’ notice. A change of residence by the Sponsored Associate or the Sponsor automatically terminates the position of a Sponsored Associate. > 21Feb2023 > ?Hello cohousing-L / cohousers ---- I am at Gainesville Cohousing and we are > looking into our requirements for becoming an officer of the board of > directors (BOD) of our POA.
