Hello everyone,

I believe I know what causes this, as Fred explained it to me once. If you 
write your email in another document ahead of time and paste it into your 
email, many punctuation marks come out weird and with ?'s instead of what you 
had.

But if you type your message directly into your email, they come out normal, as 
in Glen Ecklund's email below.
