Dear Co-Neighbors,

We are wondering what you have developed as far as consequences.  This is the 
first time in 25 years we are even discussing consequences!
We are not talking about for things that are financial/fairly clearcut such as 
not paying dues or assessments.

Not sure how to batch/label items such as:

Dishes etc left in sink in CommonHouse after a private informal gathering

Not completing a commitment to do something for the community [not bec of 
illness.]

Dog poop in the commons:  not a frequent occurrence [and off-leash doggie.]

These are things, not huge,  that cause some people [not all] 
distress/frustration.  
And of course in some instance folks know who the perp is——   but not in all.   
I hope this is reasonably clear— feel free to write me off list with any follow
