We at Bay State Commons Cohousing deliberately do not incorporate any talk
of consensus in our CC&R's so these documents match what banks see when they
review any condo.

Instead we created an informal (not legal) set of policies in a documents we
call our "living here" document. In this document we talk about consensus
and our desire to do most decisions by consensus, as well as what we do when
we can't achieve consensus but still must decide on an action.

Subject: [C-L]_ CC&Rs inquiry

Hello everyone

Our community is revisiting our CC&Rs. We are curious to hear If any
communities have incorporated consensus (or other decision making
methodologies) into their CC&Rs, and if so, what language you ended up
using?

I look forward to hearing from some of you!
Thank you
Neil
