With the increase of electric vehicles, our community, Heartwood Commons-Tulsa, 
is wondering if anyone has created a specific agreement/policy regarding 
electric vehicles and charging stations. Shared chargers in garages/carports? 
What if someone moves and a charger becomes available? Visitor charging?Thanks
