Has anyone applied for the home energy efficiency tax credit described in IRS 
Tax Tip 2023-113?

We (the LLC/developer) qualify as an eligible contractor and our homes are very 
energy-efficient. This could be a real windfall if we can collect the full 
$5,000 per home. But the documentation requirements are challenging. Our 
architect glanced at them and seemed dismayed. We'd be happy to hear from 
someone who has been through the process.
