Sharon,

To your point, we are revisiting our participation requirements for this very 
reason. Landscaping and property maintenance tasks are not being tackled with 
the frequency they should be which leaves us vulnerable to unnecessary expenses 
to repair items that have not been properly maintained. 

This exact topic is a big agenda item for tonight’s ACM.
