By “Crew” do you mean a professional cleaner who uses the machines to take off the previous polish? Our company has a big machine that has a “screen” that removes the old polish but is likely to take off a bit of the surface. They recommend cleaning no more than twice a year because it does affect the surface. When I had linoleum at home it needed a polish refresher every 1-2 months. It’s easy to apply and focus on the central part of the floor so the polish doesn’t build up so much around the edges. Sharon
