To be clear:  We have never replaced any sealant and we never use any
machine to polish anything. Looks fine after 15 years without either.  Our
crew is a regular old cleaning service of three hard working folks that do
one of our twice a month cleaning, dusting, resetting.

We also clean out the refrigerator and assess (remove) any left behind or
unneeded 'donated' items once each month.
