Curious—do you have a forbo product and what sealant do you use? How long does 
it take to try? 30 mins vs 3 hours is what I was told for two products we were 
considering. We took the quick drying one.​

By “Crew” do you mean a professional cleaner who uses the machines to take off 
the previous polish?

Our company has a big machine that has a “screen” that removes the old polish 
but is likely to take off a bit of the surface. They recommend cleaning no more 
than twice a year because it does affect the surface.

When I had linoleum at home it needed a polish refresher every 1-2 months. It’s 
easy to apply and focus on the central part of the floor so the polish doesn’t 
build up so much around the edges.
