Hi Karen! There is an all-rental cohousing community in Oakland, CA called Golden Gate Cohousing. They're run as a non-profit. I'm not sure if they're still operating, though; the most recent post I see on their Facebook page <https://www.facebook.com/goldengatecohousing/> is from March 2022. My contact at GGC, Sean Culman, is no longer there, but he told me recently that the person to reach out to would be Jack Sawyer, 510-332-5694. Let me know if you learn anything. I'd love to know if they're still operating and how things are going.
