Check out '26Aroha' in Auckland, it's a recent (4-5yo) build-to-rent development of 13 apartments that was inspired by Cohousing. It's a for-profit enterprise though so it's not cohousing. I rented there for a year before our own cohousing project finished construction. It was a tremendous place to live. https://26aroha.nz/ https://www.instagram.com/26aroha_apartments On Fri, 12 Jul 2024 at 12:21, Roger Studley <roger [at] urbanmoshav.org> wrote: > Hi Karen! > > There is an all-rental cohousing community in Oakland, CA called Golden > Gate Cohousing.
