Check out '26Aroha' in Auckland, it's a recent (4-5yo) build-to-rent
development of 13 apartments that was inspired by Cohousing. It's a
for-profit enterprise though so it's not cohousing.
I rented there for a year before our own cohousing project finished
construction. It was a tremendous place to live.
