Cohousing-L Mailing List: Can we change the platform for this listserve?

All the "?" in cohousing-L digests is a pain.

You can see messages without those extraneous "?" by reading messages

I’ve been pondering this for a few days and still have some things I want
to check out. The "?" instead of apostrophe "'" (ascii $27) from my
investigation is the most frequent offender.
It is the consequence of a number of things. Primarily that cohousing-L is
set up to only distribute text. (I wont go into details here)
I have not found an easy fix yet.  I am not considering moving the
list.
