Carl Hall from Nevada City Cohousing. Does anyone have any information
about complying with the Corporate Transparency Act which, here in
California, seems to apply to all HOA's registered with the state, like
Nevada City Cohousing. Specific question: since all our homeowners are on
the Board of Directors, must we fill out the required information for every
homeowner--a very burdensome task, or can we simply designate our officers
as those who "exercise substantial control over the HOA"? Thanks for any
input.
