yep, it's an old building, and yes we have a sink fund and are building it
up from rents.
Up to this year, the staff team were all cohousing members - me and 2
others. We were also founding directors along with 3 others.  We've all 3
retired now and although we still have cohousing members on the board of
directors, the staff team are all external.  Exciting and a bit frightening
when we 'handed over'.   Cohousing directors and Halton Mill directors
worked together on the latest (five yearly)  lease renewal over several
months last year.
