At Quimper Village we fund at the amount recommended by the company that does our Reserve Study. If we do something early, such as a recent repair and inspection of our common house heat pumps, we adjust for that particular item. We consider funding reserves an important part of our fiscal responsibility, to ourselves and to future residents.
