I wonder if anyone on this great list has had any experience with co-living - not necessarily within cohousing. If a developer wanted to build and/or a planner/town wanted to permit individuals to rent (or I suppose own) a bedroom in a building in which they shared bathroom, cooking and other spaces (like living room), which sort of controls, if any, might they want to require? An on-site manager? The ability to ask/require renters to leave if they don’t follow community rules? At least those rules relating to noise? Health? Safety? Any experience anyone on this list has would be much appreciated. Please reply to me directly so we don’t fill up all the email boxes on this list. Thanks liz 802.274.151
