Cohousing-L Mailing List: Limited equity cohousing?

Becca and I just met with Marnie Peichel, an architect here in
Minneapolist to talk about cohousing. She said that at a recent
Land Trust conference here that a limited equity cohousing project
was discussed.  Anyone know what project that might be?

I'll be checking with her about specifics.
