Dear Lorraine,

At Greek Village Cohousing, our Peloponnese project has three coliving
units. Each unit has three small studios, each with its balcony and
bathroom, in a shared coliving home with one kitchen. Since the Common
House in this community will be very generous, with a coworking suite as
well, the studios should be pretty comfortable in terms of privacy.

We've also used a legal structure allowing us to apply for subsidies, and
we will use the subsidies to buy down the cost of several homes for people
in Greece living on lower Greek wages- the teachers and firefighters, etc.

While the second method is not transferable to other national contexts,
combining cohousing with coliving is easily replicated anywhere.

Hope that helps,
Pare Gerou
