True. And another concern is insurance. When you enter the commercial sphere, 
liability often increases so insurance is an issue. Does your community 
insurance cover a rental?

I often borrow cars but when I offer to rent cars on an hourly basis, the 
owners say they don’t want to get involved in insurance issues because the use 
involves money.
