Cohousing-L Mailing List: credit cards?

Do any of your communities have a credit card to use for paying whatever
bills and vendors accept them? The advantage is up to a 3 percent rebate,
which can add up to a lot. Some of us are wary of the potential dangers,
however -- fraud, etc. I think the issuers have that covered, but I haven't
scrutinized the fine print. So what are your thoughts and experiences?
