In search of a quiet female housemate in Manzanita Village cohousing
community in Prescott, Arizona. We are a home of a working mom, 8-year-old
daughter & chihuahua, gone 8-5 M-Ths & mostly home with kids playing on the
weekend.

Rent is $1,000/ month, utilities included for 1 bedroom. Shared living,
kitchen & shower, laundry & own 1/2 bath. Common house amenities like hot
tub, workout room, and more. 3 mo. initially.
