We installed a Wallbox Pulsar level 2 charger last year here at Monterey
Cohousing in Minnesota. It comes with an app that reports usage and controls
who can use the charger. There is no fee for the cloud storage. The
charging station needs to be close enough to a network access point, but we
already had an outdoor access point nearby.

The one thing we missed was installing adequate lighting for accessing the
charger in the dark. We're still working on getting better lighting to that
area before next winter, when the days become way too short.
