Here at Cohousing ABQ in Albuquerque, our Marketing Team has seen the best 
success with Google key word buys, Facebook, and also advertising on the 
national cohousing and intentional community sites. We mail out a newsletter to 
a large mailing list that we’ve accumulated over the years, and that helps to 
drive folks to our monthly (most months) Meet & Greet for interested people who 
sign up. A reminder is sent out just before the meeting, and after for those 
who might be interested in exploring. Our construction isn’t totally finished, 
but move-in is in site!
