Adelaide,
At Solterra, most of our lots have been sold. Right now, 17 families are 
living here. One family recently has left, to return in about five years. 
They rented their house to another member who is not ready to build. Other 
members live in various housing in this area, and as far away as Michigan, 
Pennsylvania and New York. Some of their houses here have begun to be built. 
Others are not ready to build, and may not for several years. We all keep in 
touch via email and our web site.
