Hi all -

>From Rob Sandelin's post on this subject: "People who have pet allergies will

An unusual feature of our commonhouse at Eastern Village Cohousing will be that
several of the units, including mine, have a front door that opens into it or
into corridors adjoining common spaces, either on the main floor or upstairs
(where the laundry and guest rooms will be). Some of us in this situation have
pets, and thus the really really rough draft (not fully discussed or adopted
yet by the group) of the pet policy shows pets allowed in the common house,
with some limitations.

In researching that part of the policy, I looked more to Manhattan co-ops than
to cohousing for ideas, because New Yorkers are used to figuring out pet rules
for elevator buildings.
