We just had our first co housing meeting a week ago at our waldorf school. We are looking into partnering with our local waldorf school to buy land for the school and to have a co housing community on the land. Their interest in a co housing community is primarily finanacial at this point i.e. we would help fund the purchase of the land. I am curious if there are any similar communities out there or in the process of being formed and if so how the relatiionship was formed/is forming.
