Cohousing-L Mailing List: Project Coordinator Job Description

Does anyone have a good description of what a project coordinator is
responsible for?  What would be the expectactation of the job?  We are
applying for funding to get an affordable cohousing project going and part
of the budget will include a half time coordinator.  I recall a couple of
people on the list described themselves as project coordinator for their
group so am hoping not to have to start from scratch with this.  The
deadline for our proposal is Sept 12th..Thanks.
